It is important to know what you are covered for when making a claim.
Cover inconveniences such as trip cancellation due to serious injury or illnesses, natural disaster at your travel destination, flight cancellation, delays or missed departures.
Reimburse on expenses incurred due to accident or sickness during your travel.
Pay for the loss or damage to your baggage and personal belongings caused by the negligence or delay by the carrier.
Protect against pandemic illness / related events during your overseas trip. This has to be purchased as an add-on together with your travel insurance policy, at least 14 days prior to the commencement of your trip from Malaysia.

We will provide an acknowledgement within 7 business days upon receiving your claim submission. Please bear with us as we are currently experiencing high volume of claim submissions, which may take longer than usual for us to respond to your claim.
