Contact us to give immediate notification of the claim and download the claim form

Submit the completed claim form and the listed supporting documents to your nearest branch or to your Agent within 30 days from the date of incident


Upon receipt of full documents required, we will review and revert with claim decision within 14 working days


e-claims payment within 3 working days
